Advantages[]
Horses are known to be reliable, and speedy animals, although lacking in intelligence. Their diet consists of primarily grasses and water, which are much more easily found than food for most animals. Also known as great pack animals, capable of hauling loads of materials, or various wheeled vehicles.
Disadvantages[]
When traveling with a horse, the extensive amount of riding equipment as well as horseshoes, while maximizing the efficiency of travel, require a great amount of skill. Riding for prolonged periods can also become quite uncomfortable. They are easily frightened by zombies, which means that if the horse spooks, the owner may very easily lose his or her ride. The amount of equipment a rider can carry over long distances is also incredibly limited.
