In hot weather, clothing can be a neccesary comfort. In winter, it can be vital. Clothing protects from the elements, and, importantly, biting zombies and insects. Clothing also provides comfort, confidence and camofluage.

Ideal clothes
Edit
- Clothes should be tight-fitting to prevent zombies from latching on to them and pinning you down.
- Durable (can't be too flimsy, like silk)
- Bite-proof. Although this is uncomfortable and in summer, it is quite comfortable in the winter and will be helpful in zombie infested areas.
Cold Weather Gear
Edit
Cold is a very effecient killer, taking tolls on cognitive processes, reaction times, physical performance and moral. Be wary, however, of too much warmth: it is always advisable to dress in layers that can be removed as needed to prevent overheating, rather than one large heavy coat.
There are many good fabrics and combinations, but one of the best is a mixture: wool worn over cotton. An example of this would be a thermal with a few sweaters over that and perhaps a rain coat over all of it.
A wool blanket is also a very good option for keeping warm, as it also does a great deal to break up the outline of a body and camoflage in general. Best wrapped around the shoulders and pinned up, it can also sheild more than one person.
Skins, such as seal, elk or deer, are highly desirable, as they are rather sturdy. Availability is limited, however, but fake skins could be less effective, but also ideal..
Clothes for warm climates
Edit
As the tempurature rises, it can be tempting to simply remove clothing, but it is not always ideal. There are many more biting things than zombies, and experience will quickly prove that cloth is a superior insect repelent.
Wearing clothes also protects from the sun and allow more effecient sweating. The bedoin dress is an exellent model.
non-ideal clothing
Edit
- Erotic clothing should be avoided, as it can attract nagative attention.
